Welcome to our Cancellation & Refund Policy page. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services purchased through Syllabus of Life.

Mentorship Session Cancellations

By Client: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a mentorship session, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled session time.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund. This is to compensate our mentors for the time they have reserved for you.

By Mentor/Us: In the unlikely event that a mentor needs to cancel a scheduled session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time or provide a full refund.

Refunds for Services

Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:

• Eligible Cancellations: As outlined above, cancellations made within the stipulated notice period will be eligible for a full refund.
• Service Not Rendered: If we are unable to provide a service that has been paid for (e.g., due to technical issues on our end or mentor unavailability without rescheduling), a full refund will be issued.
• Satisfaction: We strive to provide high-quality mentorship. If you are not satisfied with a session, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to discuss your concerns. While refunds in such cases are at our discretion, we are committed to finding a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up.

Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
